Four, consecutive 90-minute sessions with Emily, once a week, over the course of weeks.

An immersive month where you will emerge with a deepened connection to your Inner Alchemist, find total creative clarity, and an up-level your connection to purpose.

Over the course of 4 weeks, we hone and define your creative mission and brand story. We will define a framework and strategic game plan to bring this vision into being.

In these sessions, we will deep dive into your story to discover the nugget that drives you to want to create. We work on your blocks and what’s getting in the way of ideating, dreaming, and producing.

  • Alchemy Audit

    The intake. The breakdown.

    The what’s on your plate and what’s missing. The cravings. The desires. The dreams. The wish list. The inspirations, itches, and inklings. The what’s getting in your way.

    A one hour deep to tap into the voice and within who is itching for something more. This is the Inner Alchemist.

    You’ll leave your session with a clear roadmap to flesh out the work, deepen connection to your authentic voice, and tools to stay fired up in your creative intuition. You will arrive with one to three ideas for us to explore together.

  • Realization

    The definition. The pinpoint.

    We begin with the creative avenues you’ve chosen to explore and decide on one to realize during our time together.

    We open and unpack. We dive into and dialogue with the fears, voices, distractions, and noise that have tripped you up in the past. We find the unique tools for you specifically, that will keep you laser-focused.

    You’ll leave with a deepened understanding of your rhythm and style when it comes to harnessing creative flow. You’ll have homework to support the realization of the single project chosen to explore.

  • Next Steps

    The action. The game plan.

    We digest the homework from Realization and devise a clear strategy to manifest your chosen project.

    We get organized and map out exactly what to do, in what order. We clarify timelines and deliverables. We make commitments around Next Steps and create an accountability tracker. If you love lists and checking off to-do boxes, you’ll love Next Steps. If you struggle to connect with this stage of creative flow, we devise unique tools to shift your perception and bring joy and levity to this most vital step in the process of The Creative Sessions.

  • Catharsis

    The release. The offering.

    You are on your way to mastering of The Creative Sessions. Having moved through all steps, you’ll now arrive with a complete understanding of how to access, commune with, trust and give life to the Inner Alchemist.

    This is where you share your work. Together we review the evolution, connect on the experience - what came up for you, the pain points, the moments when you found flow or lost it. We create life rafts for the moments when you get lost, the best process for you to stay accountable and clarify the ways which work best for you to harness creative intuition.

    Now that you’ve digested the process, you’ll continue to refine and master it by doing it over and over again, with anything and everything you seek to create.

02. AUDIT

A 90-minute Audit session.

A 90-minute session to lift you out of the weeds.

Designed for the Creative or business entrepreneur who is either at the start or deep in the process and has hit a wall. We all struggle with a particular weed that comes up while in the process of creation and it can feel impossible to navigate out, alone.

This is why Lifted is here ~ to support you and lift you out of the weeds with the goal to send you on your way, back into flow. We will hone in and identify how your block is showing up, disrupting your work, and stifling your Inner Artist. You’ll leave your session with tools that work best for you to get unstuck and a strategic game plan to get out of your own way. Get unstuck and stay there.
